Newcastle are reportedly among a host of Premier League clubs keen to land Everton striker Oumar Niasse this summer.
According to a report from the Mirror today, the Magpies are joined by Burnley and Brighton in their pursuit of the forward, who is poised to depart Goodison Park this summer.
Ronald Koeman has publicly reinforced that Niasse will play no part in his plans for next season, and that the experienced attacker will need to seek pastures new this summer.

The Senegal international spent the second half of last season on loan at Hull. Although he failed to keep them afloat in the top flight, he looked considerably sharp and was a key player for Marco Silva.
Rafa Benitez appears to be keen on landing a new striker this summer and although Niasse wouldn’t be an exciting signing as such, he’d provide some Premier League experience to the squad ahead of what promises to be an interesting campaign.
