Newcastle have reportedly joined the race to sign Ludogorets winger Jonathan Cafu this summer.
According to an exclusive report from Sport Witness, the Magpies have joined Brighton in their hunt to land the Brazilian wide man ahead of the pair’s arrival on the Premier League scene next season.
Cafu is a wanted man and is looking somewhat likely to leave Ludogorets this summer after emerging as one of their most dangerous players.

The pull of the Premier League could be too good to refuse for Cafu, who is yet to test himself in one of Europe’s top leagues.
It’s stated in the report that the 25-year-old himself wants a move to the English top tier this summer and while Brighton currently lead the chase, Newcastle will surely consider themselves as potential suitors.
With a release clause of just €12m, Cafu is certainly an affordable signing for the Magpies, and they’ll hope to steal a march on Brighton in their pursuit of the Brazilian.
