Newcastle United have joined the race for the signature of highly-rated Hull City winger Kamil Grosicki, according to a report in the Hull Daily Mail.
The Polish winger, who was relegated from the Premier League with current side Hull, impressed after joining the club in the January transfer window.

It is believed that Grosicki has a release clause in his contract at Hull, meaning he can leave in a cut-price deal in this summer’s transfer window.
Grosicki, 28, didn’t score in any of his 15 appearances in the top-flight, but he did register three assists and also won Fans’ PFA Player of the Month award for April.
Polish media are reporting that his performances this season caught the eye of Newcastle manager Rafa Benitez, who is keen on bringing the player to St James’ Park.

Benitez is looking to add depth to his squad before the Premier League season starts, with Grosicki an obvious target for the Spanish manager.
However, there may be competition for his signature as new Watford manager Marco Silva is looking to be reunited with the player who he lured to the Premier League.
Newcastle will need to act quickly if they are to secure the services of Grosicki as he is wanted by various clubs.
