Predicted XI – Sheffield Wednesday (A): Benitez to make needed change as Newcastle look to cement top spot

Despite arguably one of the most bizarre and quite frankly terrible refereeing blunders in recent history, Newcastle escaped a potential banana skin match against Burton Albion with all three points in the bag courtesy of another special strike from Matt Ritchie.

Rafa Benitez’s side are one step closer to clinching promotion and next up for the Toon is a trip to Sheffield Wednesday who are right in the thick of the play-off hunt.

Wednesday are last year’s losing play-off finalists and will be a tough opponent for Newcastle who are looking to stay at the top of the Championship table.

Here is our predicted Newcastle line-up for tomorrow’s game.
