# Advent Calendar – Door 5

***Count your way down to Christmas with Read Newcastle’s advent calendar, with 24 memorable moments or players between now and Christmas day.*** ***If you missed yesterday’s treat, click [here](https://readnewcastle.com/2015/12/04/advent-calendar-door-4/).***

For today’s treat, we have decided to look back at the last five times Newcastle scored five on a matchday – a very rare event!

Spanning back to as early as 2010, these five results have produced some unlikely heroes, including current Rotherham United forward Leon Best, who netted a hat-trick against West Ham.

Remember to check back tomorrow for door six!
