22-year old Michael Keane is attracting interest from Newcastle this coming transfer window, according to Daily Star Sunday. Everton are also said to be chasing the former England U-21 international.
With Jose Mourinho continuing his pursuit of Everton defender John Stones into the next transfer window, Michael Keane seems that he can be a cheaper yet just as talented of a replacement for Stones at Everton. As of right now it is said that Keane is not on the trading block but that could change if Newcastle persuade Burnley to sell him with a high offer in January.

Newcastle manager Steve McClaren seems to have his eyes on the young defender and may bid for him in January. Keane has some history with McClaren, having played under him during their time together at Derby County.
Keane worked his way through the Premier League ranks with Manchester United despite only appearing in one match for the Red Devils. He also had stints with Leicester City, Derby County and Blackburn before his current enrollment at Burnley. Keane will have all eyes on him this coming January when the transfer window re-opens. He is currently valued at £5m.
