Newcastle are still searching for their first win of the season and they could have a little longer to wait, as their next two fixtures are at home to Chelsea before a trip to the Etihad.
We have seen some improvement in our style of play since Steve McClaren took over from John Carver, but there are still plenty of areas in the squad that need improvement.
Lee Charnley has promised significant investment in the next two windows to help McClaren address these areas, but who will we target? Here’s my prediction:
